Cowher Says Bell's Injury Not Serious

(Pittsburgh-AP) -- Steelers linebacker Kendrell Bell left in the second quarter of Pittsburgh's preseason game against the Cowboys with a sprained left knee.

It's likely that Bell has a mild sprain of the M-C-L in his left knee and a possible bone bruise.

Steelers coach Bill Cowher says Bell's injury isn't serious and he'll probably be ready to play in Pittsburgh's regular-season opener.
