READING, Pa. (AP) - Right-hander Seung Lee pitched six innings of one-hit ball and the Reading Phillies took advantage of six walks to beat the Altoona Curve 5-0 in Eastern League play Friday afternoon.

Lee (1-0), making just his second Double-A start, didn't allow a hit until Joe Caruso led off the sixth with a line-drive single. Lee finished with four strikeouts and two walks. Sean Burnett (0-1), a highly touted Pittsburgh prospect making his first Double-A start, allowed four hits and one run over five innings.

The Phillies broke the game open with four runs in the seventh inning, two of them pushed home by bases-loaded walks by reliever Mike Johnston. Aaron McNeal's bases-loaded sacrifice fly made it 4-0. Brian Hitchcox scored from second on the play when Jorge Padilla got caught up in a rundown between first and second.

Reading's Jay Sitzman had two singles and was hit by a pitch. He reached base successfully on his first seven plate appearances of the season before grounding out in the eighth.

Buzz Hannahan had two hits, including a second-inning triple. He scored on Sitzman's single to make it 1-0.
