Padres Rally To Beat Bucs

(Pittsburgh-AP) -- Rondell White hit the tying two-run homer in the ninth inning and Mark Loretta followed with the go-ahead two-run single as San Diego got past Pittsburgh 8-to-7. The Padres blew a four-run lead before rallying in their final at bat. White was 0-for-11 until he singled in the sixth.

Joe Roa worked a scoreless ninth for the victory. Rod Beck served up Reggie Sanders' 19th homer in the bottom of the ninth but finished up for his 13th save in 13 chances since being recalled from the minors. Mike Lincoln took the loss and is 1-and-2.
