Schilling Tosses Shutout Against Bucs

(Pittsburgh-AP) -- Curt Schilling tossed a four-hitter for his first shutout in more than a year as Arizona blanked Pittsburgh 5-to-0. Schilling is 2-and-2. He retired 16 of the first 17 batters he faced. It's his first shutout since April of last year. He had ten strikeouts. Rod Barajas drove in Arizona's first two runs. Junior Spivey hit a three-run homer in the sixth.
