Jay Tunnell added 16 points, seven rebounds and four steals for the Sycamores (10-20, 7-11 MVC), who return to the win column after having their five-game win streak snapped on Tuesday night. Harry Marshall added 12 points in the win, and Aaron Carter finished with 11. Cardell McFarland scored 12 points off the bench to lead Missouri State (11-19, 3-15), though he was the team's only double-digit scorer. Missouri State shot a blistering 60 percent from the floor and led by as many as seven with two minutes remaining in the first half. But ISU rallied to cut the deficit to 32-31 at halftime. The Bears were never able to regroup in the second half, shooting a dismal 5- of-21 from the floor while the Sycamores pulled away. The Sycamores committed only five turnovers for the game, as they held a decisive 19-5 advantage in points off turnovers.
