Sixers F Speights Out With Tear In MCL

Philadelphia, PA -- (Sports Network) - Philadelphia 76ers forward Marreese Speights will miss the next six-to-eight weeks after suffering a partial tear of his MCL in Saturday's loss to the Bulls.Speights was injured in the fourth quarter of Saturday's game, and an MRI on Sunday revealed the injury. The second-year forward out of Florida was averaging 13.0 points and 6.4 rebounds in 10 games this season.
