Flyers F Betts To Miss Up To Four Weeks

(Sports Network) - Philadelphia Flyers forward Blair Betts suffered a separated shoulder during Saturday's 3-1 loss in Phoenix and could miss up to four weeks.

Betts leaped into the air during play in the second period and came down holding his shoulder, the same one which kept him out for three weeks in October. He left immediately for the locker room and did not return.

"Obviously it's going to be a significant amount of time. About four weeks," said Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren.

Betts has a goal and one assist in 12 games this season.
