6 Sports Two-A-Days: Penn Cambria Panthers

Penn Cambria enters 2013 as a new era for Panthers football. Former PC Assistant Jason Grassi takes over as head coach following last season's sudden departure of longtime coach Ernie Fetzer. Penn Cambria still managed to make the playoffs amidst last season's turmoil. While the 2012 leaders graduated, the Panthers still return 9 combined starters and experience in the form of 16 lettermen.

2012 Record:6-5 (6-4) - Lost in first round District 6-AA playoffs

2013 Returning Starters: Offense -5 Defense -4

2013 Returning Lettermen:  16

Players To Watch: Offense -Jake Hurley (RB/WR), Dante Delerme (WR), Chad Tsikakis (QB/WR)

Defense - Mark Mardula (FS), Jordan Fabbri (DL), Robert Bastian (DL)

Strengths:"Attitude and coachability" - Head Coach Jason Grassi

Weaknesses:Inexperience and depth
