INDIANA -- IUP swept a basketball doubleheader with Pitt-Johnstown on Wednesday, the school's first meeting since UPJ joined the PSAC this summer. The Crimson Hawk's 14th ranked men's team beat the Mountain Cats 76-62 while the IUP ran away from the Lady Cats 96-72.

Wednesday was the men's first meeting since 2007 and was UPJ's first trip to the Kovalchick Complex. The women last met in 2009.

Marcel Souberbeille paced the IUP men with a career-high 26 points while senior Mathis Keita pitched in with 24. Cambria Heights High School graduate Ian Vescovi led UPJ with 19 points and 10 rebounds.

IUP Lady Hawk junior Lindsay Stamp was the star of the night, leading all scorers with 35 points
