Police: Altoona man facing rape charges
An Altoona man is facing rape charges. Police said Ronald Shultz, Jr. was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a girl, 13, on Friday. Police said it happened in the Juniata section of Altoona. He’s facing rape and statutory sexual assault charges. Shultz was taken to the Blair County Jail.
