WHY ARE YOU IN THE NEWS BUSINESS:

When I first got into this business, I did so because I thought it was exciting, interesting, and the gratification from it was instant. You worked like crazy to put on a newscast and then it was over and then you got ready for the next one. Plus, I've gotten to meet some interesting people and done things I probably wouldn't have gotten to do otherwise.

I love golf and play it as much as I can. I watch the Golf Channel on TV, get Golf Digest and tinker with my swing and putting to the point I drive my family crazy.
