Several stuck on Inclined Plane after it stops working

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. -- The Inclined Plane in Johnstown lost power Saturday afternoon.
Officials said one of the incline cars stopped four feet from the top platform, trapping a couple people inside.
The Johnstown Fire Department said they were able to safely remove the passengers with a ladder with the help from West Hills.
The CamTran stated the plane was down but did not state the cause.
6 News was told by officials the issue was due to an electrical problem.
There were no reported injuries.
