Flash flooding closing roads in Johnstown area

JOHNSTOWN, Pa.

Heavy rains on Thursday afternoon caused sporadic flash flooding in the Johnstown area.  

Ohio Street became a river as rain water washed down the street.  Emergency crews closed many streets.  The National Weather Service reported 25 roads closed in Cambria and Somerset Counties.

The flash flood warning was set to expire at 7:30 Thursday evening.
