Police find guns near Osceola Mills Elementary; Arrest one man

CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. --

An Osceola Mills man is facing charges for allegedly having guns and knives on school grounds.

State police said David Johnson was reportedly passed out in the Osceola Mills Elementary School parking lot Friday.

When police got there, he was found a block away with two knives on him. They said they also found five unloaded handguns in the area of the school.

He was put in jail on $50,000 bail.
