BLAIR TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- State police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that tied up traffic for a time on a Blair County highway.

Officials said the crash happened in the northbound lanes of Interstate 99 in the area of mile marker 26 just after 1:30 p.m. Monday. That area is between the Roaring Spring and Ebensburg interchanges.

Details about the crash were not immediately available, but a 6 News crew at the scene said at least one person was taken from the scene by ambulance.

Traffic was reduced to one lane in that area while emergency crews were on scene.
