Employees steal $70,000 worth of merchandise to sell online

BEDFORD, Pa. Police said an employee from Fat Jimmy's Outfitters, Kevin McMakin, 40, and an employee from Cycling Sports Group, Joshua Baker, 34, purchased bike parts from CGS for Fat Jimmy's.

Baker then began to let McMakin steal items from CSG.

McMakin then allegedly used those stolen items to sell on McMakins personal eBay account.

McMakin then allegedly gave Baker a percentage of his profit.

McMakin then shipped the stolen merchandise using Fat Jimmy's shipping account.

The loss totaled by the Cycling Sports Group was almost $65,000.

The loss totaled by Fat Jimmy's was almost $10,000.

It was not until Jan. 17 that both thieves were arraigned at district court.
