Police: Teenager caught with more than 100 counterfeit credit cards

MARION TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Police said Evelyn Perez, 19, from Perth Amboy, N.J. was pulled over for a traffic stop on Interstate 80 mile marker 165 in Marion Township, Centre County, Monday.

Police said criminal signs were observed and consent was granted to search Perezs car.

After the search police said they found 116 counterfeit Visa Credit cards in a resealed box of Cheerios.

Perez was taken into custody and is to be charged with possessing instruments of crime, said police.

Perez was transported to the Centre County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.
