Penn State student assaulted in sleep

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Police said an assault occurred in an apartment on the 700 block of University Drive, Sunday.

Police said the victim, a 21-year-old Penn State student, reported Justin Blake, 20, entered her apartment while she and her roommates, were sleeping and got into her bed and allegedly touched her sexually.

The woman was able to get out of her room and wake her roommates who were able to force Blake to leave, said police.

Blake was in town for State Pattys Day visiting friends from Newburg, Md.

Blake was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.

Blakes bail was set at $30,000 and a preliminary hearing was set for March 12.
