BEDFORD TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A man is facing more than a dozen charges from a 2008 burglary at the Matthews Casket Division in Bedford County.

Police said Jacob Eagleson was identified through DNA after he cut himself on broken glass at the building.

At first police said there were no match, but when Eagleson gave a sample of his DNA when he was taken to a state prison the samples matched up.

In 2012, Eagleson was arrested and sentenced to a state correctional institution on an unrelated burglary.

Eagleson is being charged with two counts of burglary, nine counts of theft by unlawful taking and two counts of criminal mischief.

Eaglesons bail was set at $50,000 straight and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for Mar. 26 at Bedford County Court.
