This week's Try It Thursday tests the Hannah Montana Dance Mat and instructional DVD.

Hannah Montana is beloved by many young girls across the Alleghenies who would love to sing and dance just like the pop star. But is the dance mat worth putting under your Christmas tree?

Our tester, Alayna Berkebile, helped to find out if the dance mat and DVD will make her a pop star in training.

The set comes with a wig, microphone head set, dance mat and 35-minute DVD including three dance routines and Hannah Montana music videos.

Alayna started by learning some basic dance moves, then put them all together. While she was perfecting her routine, her younger sister Brandy said she also wanted a turn.

The set runs just under $30 and is recommended for ages 5 and up. Though Alayna is only 4 years old, she said she had a blast and the Hannah Montana set received a thumbs up.
