The 'Lil Luvables studio lets children make their own dolls and stuffed animals in the comfort of home.

But will the toy hold up to the kid test?

Our tester, 4-year-old Catherine, didn't waste any time. She jumped right in, loading up the studio and picking out which one she wanted to build first.

She was able to open the zipper by herself, but needed help putting the doll onto the filling nozzle.

Catherine took it from there, filling up the doll with the stuffing and pushing the stuffing into the arms and feet.

Once she finished her new doll, Catherine started to build a bear. She was faster the second time around, but said stuffing the bear was difficult.

Even though she needed a little help, Catherine had fun and, for that, the 'Lil Luvables studio got a thumbs-up.
