In this week's Try It Thursday, WJAC-TV puts Mighty Mend It to the test. The glue promises to be a fast, easy way to mend, hem and repair.

Mighty Mend It claims its amazing bonding agent can help iwth furniture repair, even dropped hems or rips.

To use it, just apply a thin line of the glue and let it dry and set for two hours.

WJAC-TV put it to the test by using it on a pair on pants, a leather belt and a ripped couch.

It didn't work on the couch and after washing the pants, the glue came off too.

Mighty Mend It got a thumbs down.
