Advocates Question Funding Sources, Protest Outside PSU Marcellus Summit

Nearly 100 advocates gathered at Penn State's University Park campus on Friday, celebrating a recently-passed referendum that virtually bans drilling in State College, and later protesting the 2011 Marcellus Summit outside the Penn Stater.
