Over the last few weeks, I've been putting together some ideas and graphics for this year's WinterCast. Last year, the forecast got a "D" grade from myself. Only a few early forecasts came to fruition. In the previous 5 years our WinterCasts have been pretty good, nailing the temperature and precipitation patterns.
So for this year, we look to get back on track! Without giving up too much information this early, here's a few talking points:
- Much colder than last year
- Still a few warm spells
- Lake Effect Returns
- Noreasters
All of this will be hashed out in a few weeks. Our WinterCast 2012-13 will air on Monday, November 12.
Yeah, that's the Monday AFTER the election!
